Since 2015 LaVallée hosts an active community of creative entrepreneurs ranging from 150 to 200 residents, practicing various activities such as architecture, journalism, painting, ceramics, sculpture, textile design, web design, graphic design, 3D animation, video, photography, booking, event management, etc.
in order to host this diversity of activities, we propose
several types of spaces.
The Studios
Workshops can be private or shared, depending on the needs. The surface areas also vary.
Private office spaces
LaVallée has about forty private offices between 15 and 50m².
The coworking
Coworking spaces are fixed workstations distributed on different platforms or in shared offices.
The residencies
We do not have a fixed residency program but host artists in residence through various calls for projects with our partners.
EQUIPEMENTS AND SERVICES
The spaces are mostly rented unfurnished because the diversity of the activities we welcome requires specific equipment per space. It is therefore the occupant who is responsible for furnishing his space according to his needs.
The office spaces are equipped with meeting rooms and shared office equipment.

Conditions :
The contracts are concluded for an indefinite period
