Brussels-based producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Kuna Maze aka Edouard Gilbert produces a music that grows between broken beat, house and jazz. He brings club culture and jazz at the center of his universe and gives the urge of dancing to his crowd. Producing in solo, he’s now playing his shows with a live band. Together they offer a performance where the energy of the musicians and the
audience meet and reproduce the same warmth and energy that was found in jazz clubs back then and electronic clubs now.
Mambele, The 1993 Brussels native with Congolese roots is a DJ & Producer known for his ability to blend music and captivate audiences with all kinds of infectious beats. Hailing from one of the world’s most diverse cities, Mambele has developed his eclectic and energetic musical universe. He loves to play with the boundaries of music genres in his music and DJ sets.
Not a stranger at getting people on the dance floor by, his DJ sets blessed various major International and Belgian venues such as Kanaal 40, Beursschouwburg,Couleur Café, C12, VKConcerts, L’Ancienne Belgique (AB Club), BOZAR, Het Depot or Botanique,..
His talents extend to radio as well. Every last Saturday of the month you can find him sharing his latest musical discoveries at the notorious Kiosk Radio. Moreover once a month on BRUZZ, Mambele invites guests to share their love for music on his radio show “Bolingo”. It’s an opportunity to discover new music from local and international talents.
Red D is considered to be one of the leading figures in Belgium’s (underground) music community.
With a vast musical knowledge that spans past, present and future Red D is spreading his gospel at all major Belgian clubs and festivals like Ampere, Fuse, Paradise City, WeCanDance and is just as readily crossing borders to go and play at Panorama Bar in Berlin, Sugarfactory & Claire in Amsterdam, Corsica Studios in London and many many more.
When Red D is not out and about playing music or digging for records he is lovingly running his label We Play House Recordings.
Over the 10 years that Red D has been leading the label it has become an outlet for the music of such luminaries like San Soda, Russ Gabriel, Locked Groove, Metrobox, Reggie Dokes, Deetron, Kai Alcé and also FCL – the studio collaboration between Red D and his lifelong friend San Soda.
In recent years Red D has also focused on his own music production with two E.P.’s on legendary UK label Freerange Records as a result and much more to come in the near future. It’s all about good music and a serious dose of fun!
Auto-entrepreneuse au sein de Labocuisine, traiteur aux saveurs d’ici et d’ailleurs,
Rachel a mis son premier pied en cuisine il y a de nombreuses années et n’en est plus vraiment sortie depuis.
Avant Labocuisine elle a eu l’opportunité de gérer la cantine des comptoirs Caméléon (chaussée de Louvain) dès son arrivée à Bruxelles, mais également d’ouvrir son propre resto (L’Art-i-Chaut, rue Lesbroussart, près de Flagey), ainsi que de gérer la partie cuisine du resto de La Bellone (maison des spectacles de la
ville de Bruxelles).
Elle a également suivi une formation en cuisine vivante chez Valérie Mostert et en profilage alimentaire avec Maya Dedecker.
A l’heure actuelle, forte de ces expériences et en perpétuel mouvement, Rachel collabore avec le Sasasa où elle propose des cours de cuisine du monde, bosse dans les salles de concert Bruxelloises afin de préparer à manger pour les équipes artistiques et techniques et développe l’activité de son food truck .
